Here are some of the key ways we could help your clients achieve their house sale as well as helping them have a smoother and less stressful moving experience. Home Staging.


When you think of home staging you might think primarily of empty properties, and staging empty properties is certainly a service we can and do offer. However, did you know that we can also work with owner occupiers to help them enhance their home and prepare it for sale, even while they are still living in it?


We begin with a home staging consultation, where we visit the client in their home and do a full survey of it to discover its top selling points, as well as identify ways they could enhance it to achieve a faster sale. We then provide them with a detailed list of our of recommendations in order of impact, as well as offering them support with putting them into practice, if they need it. If this is a client of yours, of course we would also be very interested in your feedback on the property and your views on how it could be improved for sale.


Some of the things we might suggest (and can help implement) include:


  • Decluttering - disposing of or storing unwanted items

  • Organising - making the most of existing storage to create a streamlined feel

  • Reorganising the existing furniture to make better use of the space and showcase the best features of the house

  • Making the most of empty or unused rooms e.g turning a store room into a study

  • Decoration and styling - suggesting new colour and decor schemes

  • Organising any essential repairs or redecoration

  • "Dressing" the rooms with new artwork and accessories

  • Preparing the house for the professional photos

Home Moving


Alongside our home staging services, we also offer other services to help people with the process of moving house, which as you know, can be a stressful experience.


Our home moving services include:

  • Decluttering prior to the move (especially useful for downsizers)

  • Packing and preparing for the move

  • Unpacking and setting up the new home - we can do everything from setting up the kitchen to making beds and hanging pictures.


We understand the moving process well and have lots of experience of it.


We know that for many people it can be one of the most overwhelming experiences of their lives, especially if they have children, work from home, or are elderly.


Although the removal companies we work alongside are excellent and offer a great service, we think we take that a step further by helping people get organised in their new homes quickly, leaving them free to enjoy settling in. By helping clients with the detail of the move, and reducing their stress levels, we allow you to focus on the successful completion of the sale.


Again, a home moving service could be a great value add recommendation that you can make to your clients.
